Camp Id-Ra-Ha-Je is committed to sharing Jesus Christ with young people and providing encouragement for the family and the church. Staff training is required for all new and returning staff (May 31-June 6, 2008).
Indicate your interests and skills in areas in which you feel confident to lead or help at Camp. Example: if you play guitar, do you feel confident in leading group singing or accompanying someone else? Mark the following areas in which you have skills, and share your interest or experience. Also describe any certifications that you have earned.
Briefly describe yourself in the following areas in sharing your testimony and life.
Your testimony should include events leading up to conversion, your actual conversion and the situations, events, people, etc. which nurtured your spiritual growth. Please mention the Scriptures that were particularly helpful in your conversion and growth as a believer in Christ.
List your camp experience as a camper and as staff. Name the camps. List your leadership experience, e.g., committees, sports team, teaching. List your places of work, including dates and length of employment. Include your last 3 employers and describe your responsibilities, give your supervisor’s name, and list your reason for leaving these companies. Please provide phone numbers.
All applicants must provide complete addresses, home and work telephone numbers, and email addresses of 5 people who know you well, and will provide an objective evaluation of your character, abilities, and work habits. Once we have reviewed your application, we will send you the information your references will need to complete. (Use employers, professors, teachers, pastor, etc - do not use relatives or friends unless they can appropriately give you a reference.) The application process will be delayed indefinitely without this vital information!! We cannot hire you without this.
